Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are offered to people who wish to avail of a private confidential session to explore issues that are negatively impacting on their lives, and to find a way to resolve issues. Sometimes the issue may be long standing, sometimes recent but however long its duration, the person seeking help has discerned that the time is now right for them to take charge of what is affecting them and to seek help in resolving it for themselves.

The number of sessions required varies from person to person but are rarely less than three and commonly no more than six.  Some issues may take longer to resolve and longer term therapy is offered if required. Generally sessions last one hour.

Sessions are usually conducted face to face, but  are also available via Skype for people who wish to avail of this because of their location or difficulty travelling to the office.
